中国新加坡商会会长（Chairman，Singapore Chamber of Commerce & Industry in China）薛宝金

    Dorothy Seet, age 58, has been working as the General Manager of Beijing Smart Garments Co Ltd since 1994.

    Smart Garments is a 55% Singapore shareholding JV in Shunyi District, with approximately 2800 employees. The company manufactures for international clothing brands such as DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, UA, Burberry and products are exported to countries including Japan, America, Europe, and operates more than 100 outlets retailing its own brands of merchandise.

    Dorothy is currently an Executive Member of the China National Garment Association, as Vice-Chairman of the Beijing Garment Association, as well as a Director of the Council of China’s Foreign Trade, and won the Singapore Business Times ‘Outstanding CEO-(overseas) Award in 2008.

    Dorothy was a member of the SingCham pro-tem committee and has been Chairman of SingCham for the last 2 terms.
