演讲嘉宾施红教授

    中共中央党校经济学部发展经济学教研室主任

    施红教授，现任中央党校经济学部发展经济学教研室主任、中央党校教授、博士生导师，经济学博士。她在中央党校主要研究产业结构问题，她是“三农”问题等专家，人民日报海外网特约评论员。2011年获选为瀛洲纪念奖学金中国学者。

    她的主要研究领域有经济改革和发展、现代产业结构转型升级、新型城镇化道路、城乡一体化发展、经济全球化和中国竞争力等。她曾出版专著3部，在人民日报等报刊发表文章近百篇。施教授曾到美国、英国、意大利、新加波等国家做学术报告和访问学者。

    她也是中央党校省部级班和地厅班主讲教师，中央党校教学优秀奖获得者，中央党校重点课题主持人，中央党校省部级领导干部班和厅局级领导干部班课题组指导教师，厅局级领导干部班教学组组长。

    Professor Shi Hong is the Director of the Department of Developing Economics in Economic Department at the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., as well as a professor and doctoral supervisor. She is an expert in three rural questions (issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers) researched by Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C, a commentator for the People’s Daily Online Overseas Edition. She is a China Fellow of the 2011 Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship Programme.

    Professor Shi’s research interest is on economic reforms and development, industrial transformation and upgrading, new urbanisation, integrated urban and rural development, and China’s competitiveness in the globalising economy.

    She had published three monographs and written hundred over articles in People’s Daily. She had been invited to countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Italy and Singapore as visiting scholar and to present academic papers.

    As an outstanding lecturer at the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., Professor Shi was awarded the Best Lecturer and is in-charge of many key training programmes at the Party School.
