演讲嘉宾金维刚博士

    金维刚博士，现任中国人力资源和社会保障部社会保障研究所所长、研究员，兼任全国政协中国经济社会理事会理事、中国医疗保险研究会副会长、人社部决策咨询委员会专家、部分省人社厅或地方政府决策咨询委员会专家；亚洲开发银行咨询专家、中国社会科学院研究生院、北京大学、中国人民大学等院校兼职教授。2008年获选为连瀛洲纪念奖学金首届中国学者。他同时也兼任连氏学者联谊会副主席。

    金博士毕业于北京大学社会学系并获得博士学位。近年来主持国家级、部级以及其他各类课题项目40多项，在中国社会保障制度改革与政策研究以及舆论宣传方面发挥重要作用。

    Dr. Jin Weigang is the Director-General of the Research Institute for Social Security, Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security (MOHRSS), People’s Republic of China, and a member of the China Economic and Social Council, and the Vice-President of the China Health Insurance Research Association. He is a pioneer China Fellow of the 2008 Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship Programme, and currently the Vice-Chairman of the Lien Fellows' Circle.

    As an expert in both labour and social security issues, Dr. Jin has overseen more than 40 important national and ministry-level research topics or involved in these research projects.

    Dr. Jin received his doctorate from the Department of Sociology, Peking University in 1993. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, and Renmin University of China.
