    杨保军博士，现任中国城市规划设计研究院副院长、教授级高级城市规划师，是国务院政府特殊津贴专家。2012年获选为连瀛洲纪念奖学金中国学者。

    工作以来，杨博士先后主持、参与、指导完成了数百个城市规划及其相关领域的规划设计、咨询、研究项目，代表性项目包括珠三角城镇群协调发展研究、广州2020战略咨询、中新天津生态城总体规划、海南省城乡一体化规划、北川和玉树灾后重建规划等。

    曾获颁全国优秀城乡规划设计一等奖6项、二等奖6项，发表学术论文50多篇。

    2012 China Lien Fellow

    Dr. Yang Baojun is the Vice-President of the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design and a professor-ranked Senior Urban Planner. He enjoys Special Allowance from the State Council. He is a China Fellow of the 2012 Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship Programme.

    In his career history, Dr. Yang has led, participated and supervised hundreds of urban planning projects, including design, consultant and research programmes. Some of the flagship projects were the cooperative development planning of the town groups in the Pearl River Delta, strategic consultation of Guangzhou City, comprehensive planning of the Tianjin Sino-Singapore Eco-City, integrated urban-rural planning for Hainan Province, and post-disaster planning for Beichuan County and Yushu County.

    He is a recipient of several first and second prize awards under the National Urban Planning and Design, and has published more than 50 academic papers.
