    于文轩博士，现任南洋理工大学人文与社会科学学院公共政策与全球事务系助理教授。他于美国罗格斯大学获得公共管理学博士学位。他是美国行政管理学会中国分会主席，多年来积极参与中国、美国和新加坡间的国际学术交流和公共管理职业培训。他也是新华网名家专栏“文轩愚思”专栏作家，并经常在新加坡联合早报等媒体发表有关中国政治发展和公共管理的评论文章。

    Dr. Yu Wenxuan is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Global Affairs Programme at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He obtained his doctorate in Public Administration from Rutgers University, United States. As the Chair of the Section on Chinese Public Administration of American Society for Public Administration, Dr. Yu actively participates in international academic exchange and professional training among China, Singapore and U.S.A. He is an Op-Ed columnist of Xinhua.net and frequently publishes his opinions on Chinese political development and public management in local and international newspapers.
