孟羽博士

    南洋理工大学人文与社会科学院研究员

    孟羽博士现任新加坡南洋理工大学人文与社会科学学院公共政策与国际事务研究组的博士后研究员，是“连氏中国城市公共服务指数”项目研究组成员之一。她先后取得了武汉华中科技大学管理学学士学位、美国天主教大学社会学系硕士学位、美国佐治亚理工大学公共政策专业博士学位。赴美留学前她曾任职于TCL集团和中国科学研究院；留学美国期间，除了研究和教学助理任务之外，她还分别访问了德国弗劳恩霍夫协会系统与创新研究所(Fraunhofer ISI)和美国纽约州罗切斯特理工学院(Rochester Institute of Technology)并在两地从事全职研究与教学工作。她的研究主要探索政府及公共政策在发展科技、激励创新和改变社会不平等中的作用。

    Dr. Meng Yu is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Public Policy and Global Affairs Program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a team member of the Lien Public Service Index Project. Dr. Meng received her PhD in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology, and was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Science, Technology and Society/Public Policy at Rochester Institute of Technology (USA) and a Research Fellow in Fraunhofer Institute for System and Innovation Research (Germany). Her research focuses on the role of government and policies in promoting science, technology, and innovation and changing social inequalities.
