合肥市副市长黄文涛先生

    黄文涛先生，现任合肥市副市长。毕业于厦门大学中文系。1987年加入中国共产党。1985年参加工作，历任中国社会科学院台湾研究所综合室副主任，中央台办、国务院台办综合局副处长（海协会研究部副主任），中央驻港联络办台湾事务部副处长，中央台办、国务院台办研究局处长、副局长、局长2013年12月起，任中共合肥市委常委、合肥市人民政府副市长。

    Mr. Huang Wentao

    Vice Mayor of Hefei Municipal Government, China

    Mr. Huang Wentao is currently the Vice Mayor of Hefei Municipal Government and the member of standing Committee of Hefei Municipal Committee of the CPC.

    After graduating from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Xiamen University, Mr. Huang joined the Chinese Community Party in May 1987. He was the Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Research Office, Institute of Taiwan Studies of China Academy of Social Sciences, the Head of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council.
