    王毅博士，现任重庆市政府副秘书长(正厅局长级)。博士研究生学历，高级经济师。中国世贸组织研究中心特约研究员。中国国际投资促进会副会长兼首届中国服务外包协会会长。西安市第十次、第十一次党代会代表，第十一届市委委员，市第十二届政协委员，市第十三届人大代表，陕西省十一届人大代表。精通英语。曾任重庆市对外贸易经济委员会党组书记、主任兼中国国际投资促进会副会长。

    Dr. Wang Yi

    Deputy Secretary-General, Chongqing Municipal Government

    Dr. Wang Yi is currently the Deputy Secretary-General, Chongqing Municipal Government. As a senior Chinese economist, he holds a doctorate in Applied Economy. He was elected as the representative of Shaanxi Province for the Eleventh National People`s Congress.

    Dr. Wang plays an active role in promoting international trade for China. He is a distinguished researcher in China Society for World Trade Organisation Studies, Vice-President of China Council For International Investment Promotion, and President of China Association of Sourcing Service.

    With his good command of English, Dr. Wang was the President and Party Secretary of Chongqing Economic and Trade Committee, and Vice-President of China International Investment Promotion Association.
