    上海市政协副主席

    周汉民教授，现任全国政协常委、民建中央副主席、上海市政协副主席、民建上海市委主委、上海社会主义学院院长、上海中华职教社主任，同时兼任世界经济论坛之全球议程理事会中国议程理事会主席、上海公共外交协会副会长、上海市杰出青年协会副会长等职。法学教授、博士生导师，英国利物浦大学荣誉法学博士。

    近30年来，周教授主要从事国际经济法、国际贸易法、GATT/WTO、中美关系、浦东开放与开发、世界博览会等领域的教学与研究。他发表论文有200余篇。他是意大利威尼斯大学荣誉教授以及复旦大学等高校的兼职教授或客座教授。

    Professor Zhou Hanmin

    Vice-President, Shanghai CPPCC Committee

    Professor Zhou Hanmin, Professor of Law, tutor of doctorate students, honorary doctor of law conferred by University of Liverpool of United Kingdom, currently serves as the Standing Committee Member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice Chairman of China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), Vice Chairman of Shanghai Committee of CPPCC, Chairman of Shanghai Committee of CNDCA, President of Shanghai Institute of Socialism. He is also the Chairman of the National Association of Vocational Education of China, Shanghai Branch, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Public Diplomacy Association, Vice President of Shanghai Outstanding Youth Federation.

    For the past three decades, Professor Zhou has been devoting himself to the teaching and research of International Economic Law, International Trade Law, GATT/WTO, Sino-US Relations, the development and opening-up of Pudong New Area, and World Expositions. He has published more than 200 essays. Professor Zhou is the Visiting Professor or Honored Professor in many famous universities, including Venice University of Italy and Fudan University.
