    杨宜勇博士，现任国家发改委社会发展研究所所长，兼任世界经济论坛（达沃斯）全球议程理事会理事、中国劳动学会副会长、国家减灾委专家等职务。2012年获选为连瀛洲纪念奖学金中国学者。清华大学工学学士，首都经贸大学经济学硕士，中国人民大学经济学博士，中国社会科学院法学博士后。他是国家有突出贡献中青年专家、百千万人才工程国家级人选、国务院政府特殊津贴专家。

    杨博士主要从事有关宏观经济、社会发展、人口与就业、社会保障、改革开放和工程咨询等方面的政策研究。

    杨博士是美国国会奖学金、欧盟议会奖学金、日本外务省奖学金、和加拿大政府奖学金学者。

    Dr. Yang Yiyong

    Dr. Yang Yiyong is the Director-General of Institute of Social Development Research at the National Development and Reform Commission, China, member of Global Agenda Councils, World Economic Forum, and a member of the China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation. He is a China Fellow of the 2012 Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship Programme.

    Dr. Yang holds a degree in engineering from Tsinghua University, master degree in economics from Capital University of Economics and Business, China, and a doctorate in economics from Renmin University of China. His holds a post-doctorate in Economic Sociology from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in China.

    Dr. Yang research area focuses on micro-economy, social development, social organisation, social management, social policies, population and employment, human resource management and development, social security, employee benefits and engineering consultation.

    Dr. Yang has received numerous fellowship awarded by the European Union, United States, Canada, Japan and Singapore.
