    Tu Zhaohui is the current director of training and development of the Institute of Population Studies and the assistant director of the Disabled Chinese Career Teaching and Training Base at Peking University. Along with more than a dozen qualified physicians, lawyers, and qualified professionals, Mr. Tu is involved in the health and pension industry. He studies its business model, the whole life cycle of the pension industry, and the management theory of cross-border consolidation in the industry chain. His research is mainly focused on population health, health and the pension industry’s business model, market operations, investment in the pension industry, health, and big data operations. Mr. Tu has participates in national law and policy-making related to population health, disability, and aging.

    涂朝晖，现任北京大学人口研究所培训与发展部主任，北京大学中国残疾人事业教学与培训基地助理主任，是北京十多名同时具备医师资格和律师资格的专业人士，长期从事健康与养老产业的商业模式研究，提出养老产业在跨界产业链整合中的全生命周期管理理论，主要在人口健康、健康与养老产业的商业模式、市场运作方面的研究，主要主导参与健康与养老产业的金融与投资，健康大数据的运作。多次参与全国人口健康、残疾、老龄相关的国家法律、政策制定。
