    Dr. Han Li is a professor of economics at the Research Institute of Economics and Management (RIEM), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE). He received his Bachelor degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2000, and his PhD degree in economics from University of Houston in 2006. Currently, he also serves as the vice dean of RIEM. Dr. Li’s major research fields include industrial organization, applied microeconomics, and regional economics. He has published papers in both English and Chinese peer-reviewed journals, such as Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Retailing, Quantitative Marketing and Economics, Economic Research， Management World，China Economic Quarterly. His current research projects include evaluating economic outcomes of China’s transportation infrastructures, such as highway and high speed rail, and various topics on China’s housing market.

    李涵，2000年本科毕业于江西财经大学，2006年获得美国休斯顿大学经济学博士学位。

    李涵现任西南财经大学经济与管理研究院副院长。主要研究领域为产业组织、应用微观经济学以及区域经济学，李涵在Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Retailing, Quantitative Marketing and Economics、《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《经济学季刊》等多个国内外顶级期刊刊上发表过论文。目前主要的研究课题包括：评估中国交通基础设施投资，如高速公路、高速铁路，对区域经济的影响，以及关于中国住房市场的若干热点问题。
